Extrusion
The high level of automation of our extruding lines as well as implementation of state-of-the-art solutions enables us to fully adjust the manufacturing process to customer requirements. We extrude profiles from the charge originating from the in-house foundry or from selected and verified suppliers. The whole process is controlled by a customised Production Management System. Thanks to the applied materials and technologies, which have a synergistic effect on our performance, we arrive at a perfect quality of products and repeatability of processes.

Foundry
The foundry consisting of four lines may produce up to 50,000 billets a year. The plant is particularly designed to cast billets of varied chemical compositions. The whole foundry charge is intended solely for our own manufacturing needs.

Dies manufacturing
A separate, developed Tool Shop is operating within the Extruded Products Segment. It operates as a warehouse and workshop where dies and extruding process tools are serviced on a current basis.

Surface treatment
Grupa Kęty offers its customers the aluminium profiles refining service with the use of various technologies. We propose processes which supplement extruded products with particular practical and aesthetic features.

Mechanical processing
Our Advanced Aluminium Products Plant is a state-of-the-art technologies park. On the area of 7,000 m2 there are available dozens of machines and devices to manufacture components of extruded aluminium profiles. We have been systematically installing new lines and robots in response to customer needs and engineering development.

Welding
Aluminium is a perfect material for welding. The properties of the metal enable welding with various techniques, however, the most productive and effective are the arc welding methods. In that way we manufacture components and structures made of aluminium alloys of 5XXX and 6XXX grades.
